Galvanized Steel Enclosure Product Specification

Material: We use high-grade galvanized steel and hot dip galvanized steel with minimum 610g/m2 zinc coating to produce galvanized wall boxes.

Sizes: We offer customized and standard sizes of galvanized steel junction boxes to fit different equipment dimensions. Some standard sizes are 18″ H x 18″ W x 6″ D, 24″ H x 24″ W x 6″ D.

Compliance: To meet industry standards and ensure the quality, we manufacture IP rated, NEMA rated and UL- listed galvanized enclosures.

Features: You can include any feature you need in your galvanized enclosure, including removable inner panels, padlocking provisions, stamped body flanges and many other features.

JCL uses a hot dip galvanizing and double-dip process to enhance coating thickness to manufacture robust and corrosion resistant galvanized steel junction boxes.
JCL’s skilled team cut galvanized steel with advanced CNC machinery at +/- 0.005" for tight tolerance, accurate fittings and precisely to shape galvanized enclosures.
We use Automated MIG and TIG welding techniques to manufacture galvanized enclosures with superior strength and structural integrity.
We use coordinate measuring machines to ensure the precision and do salt spray testing for 1000+ hours to make galvanized steel enclosures corrosion resistant.
