In addition to common two-dimensional and three-dimensional measurement methods, we also have specialized capabilities in the design of checking gauge, jig and fixtures. Checking gauge and fixtures involve quickly checking various dimensions on a product's reference datum through geometry dimension and tolerances (GD&T). All you need to do is place the product on the fixture, secure it, and then use go/no go gauges to rapidly determine if the assembled parts are compliant in a short amount of time. Checking fixtures are a widely used method in the automotive industry, significantly improving the efficiency of inspections while reducing costs. By applying this technology, we can achieve the most efficient assembly inspections.

The simplest tasks are often the most challenging. This component has no welding parts, and the shell is formed in one piece without seams. We ensure a verticality of plus or minus 0.02 millimeters. After completing the stamping, we assemble the screws, achieving a positional accuracy of 0.03 millimeters as required by the customer. These high-precision operations result in a seamless integration of the shell onto the main equipment, creating a unified effect. This product has many welding points, numerous fasteners, and the customer demands high precision, requiring meticulous assembly.
