Cutting-edge Machinery: We use advanced cutting-edge machinery like laser cutting, and CNC machinery (±0.002" repeatability) to create designs and patterns of carbon steel enclosures with ±0.001 inches accuracy.
High-quality Materials: We use premium-grade A36 hot-rolled carbon steel for manufacturing our carbon steel junction boxes. This premium grade carbon steel has a minimum 36,000 psi of strength.

Seamless Welding: Our welding line can handle carbon steel enclosure parts up to 10 meters length and operate at speed up to 1.2 meters per minute to ensure optimal productivity.
Surface Finishing: We apply powder coating and conduct a minimum 72 hours salt spray test to increase the durability and corrosion resistance of carbon steel enclosures.
EMI/RFI Shielding Capability: We design our carbon steel electrical enclosures with Faraday cage to safeguard your equipment from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).
Heat Resistance: JCL’s heat resistant carbon steel junction boxes can withstand 2600°F-2800°F and safeguard your machinery from any fire incident.
Temperature Resistance: Our carbon steel enclosures are also temperature resistant. They can operate in -40°C to 82°C temperature without affecting the performance.
