Fabrication of RFI Enclosures

There are many methods and processes for fabricating RFI shielded enclosures. Here are some of them:

Cutting 

We cut sheet metals to the desired dimensions. Our cutting is efficient and smooth.

Bending and Forming

Our skilled staff bends the sheet metal, e.g., using press brakes to form the enclosure.

Punching 

The metal is punched to create holes for gaskets, nuts, ventilation, and other components.

Welding 

Welding joins the sheet metals permanently, which creates permanent seams, resulting in a strong and durable enclosure.
